This happens when the USB bandwidth is exceeded. Our devices take up to 90% of the chipset’s bandwidth.
- Check the USB connected devices
- Try with a different driver. Under OSX, the best driver for the USB devices is Unified 3.07 (Multiple driver version located in Guides Folder)
- Try deleting the driver and using the USB devices with the Apple Core Audio Drive. This only works for OSX 10.11.5 and later.
