To solve an issue with the control panel getting stuck or not loading, please follow these steps:
- Both under Windows and Mac you should delete either the .antelope or the .AntelopeAudio folder
- They are located in the Users folder
- The .antelope folder is located in the current user folder
- The .AntelopeAudio folder is located in the Shared/Public users folder
Note: Under OSX these folders are hidden and you must use either a “Toggle Hidden Files and Folders” tool, located in Guides folder, either a script must be entered in the Terminal app, which can be accessed from the Spotlight search instance.
