This problem appears after a Firmware update.
To solve this you need to perform a Factory Reset by accessing the SYSTEM MENU on the hardware device.
In order to do it follow these steps:
- Hold down the top function button (the top right small button located on the display)
- The SYSTEM MENU will show on the display
- Using the rotary control knob, scroll down until you select Factory Reset
- Press the rotary control knob
